"A 9th April meat grinder…"
Our visit took place on Sunday the 9th April. My wife has been a huge fan of everything connected with the ship for many years, finally I was able to take her to Belfast as a special birthday treat. We bought the tickets online direct from the experience and had a timed entrance of 11am. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested. On entry we were asked to wait a few minutes,no problem. We entered the experience on time. From then on it was a complete disappointment, it was like a sausage machine,we were pushed in at one end and came out the other as a bewildered couple. There were far too many people allowed in at that time, people pushing and shoving with no obvious direction at the start of the exhibition. Children running about completely bored and disinterested, ( why should they be at such a young age, not exciting for them) Adults and children pushing and shoving in front of the exhibits and explanatory notes, and stopping us reading them. A complete disappointment for my wife who was left feeling deflated and upset.A complete waste of £25 per head.NEVER AGAIN . The museum must evolve a proper entry system and not just try and get as much money out of us as possible. Why no concessionary prices on a Sunday? To add insult to injury we couldn't have a museum guide map because they only do ones where you use your I phones. Neither of us have these so once again we are being discriminated against for not having having expensive phones,so be warned

"A titanic day"
We did titanic and nomadic a beautiful experience. Laid out so well and put the journey together from start to finish. So much detail and information. We cannot wait to return.

The cafe was small and crowded but the staff were so friendly and cleared tables and had customers seated as quickly as they could. Crowded cafe a testament to the food, service and coffee.

"Too much reading and very few artifacts…"
Lots of reading and very few artifacts - there are more in the Ulster transport museum and other museums around the country.
Lots of reading and very little interaction. Kids found it boring. Too many people and felt compelled to move on without really having time to take in what was being seen.
Better information outside and at the slipways next to the museum.
Far too expensive and I knew just as much from watching documentaries on TV!

"A real let down"
Horrible overcrowding. We shuffled along in a hot, dark, airless exhibition space not designed to cope. We pre-booked too, not that made a jot of difference. You then have to pay extra for headsets and audio guide. An expensive let down. It is setup to pack people in like animals and make money. Little interaction, poor signage, and very few atefacts. Not recommended.

"The Titanic Experience is lazy."
The outside of the Titanic building is amazing as is the stay in the Titanic hotel.
The walks around the area are also great.
However as for inside the Titanic experience, this is a huge let down for anyone that is a Titanic enthusiast. I personally have more artifacts and memorabilia in my home than on this tour. How the grand staircase can be classed as a replica or was allowed to be made when it is not a replica is beyond me.
The place is full of tourists, rightly so however the food options are average to awful and certainly does not cater for a multicultural audience. You would think management or someone at the top would be pushing for better food options and quality. The made in Belfast logo in the restaurant could not be further from the truth. Crisps from Tipperary, sandwiches, toasties, paninis from as far afield but certainly not Belfast. I was struck by the amount of people in the que at the restuarant buying crisps and soda, and couldn't help think how crazy this was that people from all over the world visiting a cultural city were resorting to this.
The restuarant areas should be converted into a food court with a mixture of fast food to fine food to suit all tastes.
As for the Titanic shop, it's great.

So in closing, the experience lacks any creativity, and could do with a creative team of staff going back to the drawing board. It is 2022!

"The experience is vastly overpriced"
The experience is vastly overpriced. Some of the exhibits and displays are well done, but it could have been done SO much better considering it was supposed to be an immersive experience. The staff could have been dressed in appropriate costumes, not just black jeans and tops, the first class corridor could have shown open doors into rooms etc.Generally it was just too 'flat'. Disappointed!

"We visited in November 2021"
We visited in November 2021. I had been excited to go here as I was and still am obsessed about the titanic. We stayed in the titanic hotel which was brilliant and a honour but very expensive. Worth doing tho.
The museum was overwhelming to look at from the outside in a good way however we were very disappointed when we got inside.
It was like walking through a walkthrough library. Nothing much but reading when you didn't have someone behind you pushing you on. There's no actual titanic wreck artifacts except the nomadic on this experience. I do understand why they don't have them however there's nothing saying they couldn't get replicas made such as tele motor. Put that on a made up bridge with screens as its approaching the iceberg to give everyone the the view of those important moments in time.
Have temperature controlled water were people can feel the water temperature from that night so they can understand it better.
Have a grand staircase for people to have their picture taken at a reasonable price.
Recreate some rooms what looks like it's burst in with water. Let people experience getting into a life boat and be lowered safely to an exit to escape titanic to if the survive. Just some ideas that would give it the wow factor. I would definitely consider having some identical replicas artifacts made. My idea going to a museum is to not read for 3 weeks. If I want to do that I will either go to a library or go on my phone. I will return to belfast and return to experience titanic again but not the museum unless there's somthing in there I want to see. With kind regards

"Expensive and average in content"
Expensive and average in content. There’s a lot of text and visuals, but nothing from the great ship itself which, considering the price, I thought some of the salvage recovered since the discovery of the wreck would have been on display. So it’s basically a flamboyant history lesson with some letters and documents from the period, and accompanying visuals covering the sequence of events from concept through design, build and disaster. I was looking forward to seeing actual remnants from the ship and there were none.

"Well worth the money"
Ticket cost €19, and worth every penny. Audio visual interaction on all sides, incorporating ride-on attractions and lots of touch screen info. You can clearly see on all sides how much money has been spent on the visitor experience, and I imagine the costs of running it are also significant. To see and experience all of this for only €19 is terrific value. This is a must-see attraction

"Very disappointing"
Very disappointing, totally overrated and poor value. After purchasing a "self guided" ticket for £19, they wanted another £4 for the headphines. The building outside is very impressive and worth seeing but i wish i had kept my money in my pocket

"What a place!"
What a place!! Firstly, don't be expecting a museum of titanic artefacts, this is so much more than that. If you can stretch to the £30 ticket do include the SS Nomadic in your tour. Your nautical themed day is worth it for the life long memories you create. The Titanic Centre takes you on a magical journey to another place and time ... it is literally riveting.
